One Pan Chicken and Artichoke Dinner

This just may be the Most Deliciousness You Can Get In One Pan….

Okay so maybe not as delicious as a pan on Wonder bars but really good for a non-chocolate food.

It’s a recipe from my upcoming 21-Day ShredHiit Challenge (this is an online challenge so it doesn’t matter where you live).

It’s SUPER quick. Hands on time is less than 10 minutes. And I really mean 10 minutes. Not how some recipes say 10 minutes but they don’t include all the time you spend cleaning, dicing and prepping the ingredients. This is a true less than 10 minutes flat hands-on time.

Plus it’s one dish to cook and one dish to mix so minimal dishes.

Plus, plus as I mentioned, it’s DELICIOUS!

Bulgarian Butt Lift

Who else loves lower body work as much as I do?

Seriously, especially for us women who in most cases are naturally stronger in our lower half than in our upper body, lower body work is our first chance to feel really strong and powerful in the gym.

Today I have 5 variations of my favorite moves: The Bulgarian Split Squat. It’s also called the rear leg elevated split squat but they’re both mouthfuls so I like option #1.

Plus let’s give credit where credit is due.

This move is a killer booty move and will lift that beautiful thing right on up to where it needs to be.

It’s also a great overall leg shaper.

It challenges your balance (which works core and inner thighs), hip flexibility and ability to push through that lactic acid burn. No joke.

Fast Effective Strength Workout

Maybe your Monday morning didn’t go as planned and you missed your early crack o’dawn workout. Or perhaps things have changed and you are not going to be able to make your normal workout session after work with your favorite trainer.

Well I have you covered.

This is the exact workout that I put one of personal training clients through this morning and she had to admit, it’s tougher than it looks. A trainers favorite words ?

So, before I left the studio I shot a quick video for you to demonstrate the moves and give you some form cues.

All you need is a bench, a chair or a sturdy box.

You can do this at home or carve a space out for yourself in the Monday crowd at the gym.

I’ve got something new for you to try for your meal prep this week.

I was grabbing a few things at the store the other day and I saw that a major brand has gotten into the overnight oats game.

However, sugar is the 2nd ingredient in all the flavors and if you are looking to get leaner then that is not going to help you get there.

You probably know all about different ways to prepare oatmeal to support your efforts to get lean but if you are tired of oats and are looking for a grain-free, gluten-free alternative then check out buckwheat.

Now buckwheat is actually a seed though we treat it as a grain. Despite the name it is not derived from wheat and is naturally gluten free.
