Ha ha! Okay, okay maybe I’m reaching a bit but come on, you can’t deny that the burpee is one exercise that can test your limits, kick your heart rate into overdrive and burn lotsa calories all in one fell swoop.
Plus, if done properly you get leg work, abs, chest, shoulders, triceps and even calves with that jump at the end. It’s almost a whole body exercise.
Here is a version I have a lot of fun doing in my hiit workouts partly because it looks so scary (but it isn’t) it’s a fall-out burpee.
