It’s always a good idea to be working towards something.
The “something” you are working toward could be a fitness challenge, vacation, wedding, reunion or other big event.
It can also be a what your body can do “something”. Like pull-ups, decreasing your mile time, a deadlift PR, ect.

Even small somethings work. For instance, there is this one ShredHiit workout that kicks my butt every time. I have yet to perform the full workout without stopping outside of designated rest times. So now it’s my mission to conquer it!
Whatever your “something” once you set it and commit to it, you will find that you naturally start to eat and move in ways that help you achieve your goal. You’ll gain a focus and motivation that makes you work harder push limits.
Plus, it will take the monotony away from just working out for “nothing” (it’s never for nothing though).
With summer around the corner and all the distractions, albeit fun distractions, that it brings it’s important to set some of these goals for yourself so you can keep moving ahead in this “marathon”.
Then you need a plan.
So let le ask you: what would YOU like to achieve in the next 60-days? Leave a comment below and let me know!
I really want to hear it.
