(make sure you warm up!)
4 High knees to Skaters to 2 skaters (1 per side)
Squat to alternating instep touch (make it a jump squat to up the intensity)
4 Mountain climbers to 4 hopping spiderman climbs
40 seconds on with 20 seconds rest between moves. Rest about 40 seconds when all 4 moves are done and then repeat for a total of 3-6 rounds.
