One of my favorite things is to go out to the neighborhood park, check out what’s around me and create a workout that focus on working the whole body.
A workout that will push your limits, make your legs and upper body stronger as well as challenge you cardiovascularly. All while of course burning fat, cause there’s nothing wrong with looking good while you beast out.
So I’ve got a super fun workout for you your weekend. It’s from my upcoming ShredHiit 21-day challenge.
During the 21-days I will challenge you to move your body every single day, eat real food (not fake food type stuff) and start to change your mindset about why you move and what you think about your body. But more on that later.

The default is always 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds of rest. Rest 40 seconds after all 4 moves and complete 5-6 rounds. Make sure you warm-up first of course.
