Let me ask you a serious question:
How is your nutrition and training going?
Are you making headway on your goals or do you feel stuck in a rut?
Do you feel like you’re on a hamster wheel?
Does every Monday feel like a re-set?
Don’t feel bad. You’re not alone.
Let me give you some action steps to jump start your week:
#1 – Don’t beat yourself up for what’s already done. It’s done. If you fell off, if you skipped workouts, if you didn’t meet a goal you set, it’s over. From this moment on BE in this moment and make the best decisions for now.
#2 Set a short-term goal. If you’ve felt like you’ve been “failing” this is not the time to set another BIG goal that may end up feeling like you bit off more than you can chew.
First, you need to boost your confidence in yourself that you can succeed at what you set out to do. So, for now, I want you to set a goal that you are 100% positive you can achieve. Be specific and pick something small and doable, yet meaningful.
Allow yourself to feel victorious even in this one small thing and then we’ll set bigger goals.
#3 Get yourself a plan and follow it. Waking up and trying to decide what you will eat and how you will move that day is a quick path to doing nothing.
#4 There’s nothing like the present. Even though your chosen plan may have a set start date that doesn’t mean you should put off making better decisions for yourself TODAY.
Each day matters. You’ll never get it back so be mindful of how you spend it.
