Yeah, you’ll be doing this for the rest of your life…. this whole working out and eating clean thing.
One way or the other it’s happening.
Think about it:
You’re either totally hooked on living your best life. You’re addicted to the push and the sweat and hard work that comes along with training consistently. You love how whole, real foods makes you feel. You can’t imagine NOT living the fit lifestyle.
Or perhaps eating clean and working out aren’t your most favorite (whaaat?) but you know that to keep at a reasonable body composition (how much fat vs how much muscle) and general health, you need to keep some things in check.
Lastly, and I hope this doesn’t happen, perhaps you’ve neglected your self-care for too long and now you are under doctors’ orders to make changes to the way you move and eat to preserve your life.
So see, no matter how you slice it, we’re all in this for life.
With that said, unless you’re a fitness model, figure competitor or professional sports athlete, you need to figure out a way to make your eating and movement doable for life.
