You’ll Fall In Love With This Burpee

Ha ha! Okay, okay maybe I’m reaching a bit but come on, you can’t deny that the burpee is one exercise that can test your limits, kick your heart rate into overdrive and burn lotsa calories all in one fell swoop.

Plus, if done properly you get leg work, abs, chest, shoulders, triceps and even calves with that jump at the end. It’s almost a whole body exercise.

Here is a version I have a lot of fun doing in my hiit workouts partly because it looks so scary (but it isn’t) it’s a fall-out burpee.

One Mistake Found With Your Workout [EASY fix]

Is anything less boring than warming up and recovering?

Yes, actually what comes to my mind is:

– Not being able to workout at all because you hurt yourself in a workout due to an insufficient warm-up.

– Having to severely modify your workout because you hurt yourself by not warming up.

Or maybe you haven’t hurt yourself (btw- if you’re skipping warm-ups then we’ll just add a “yet” to that statement) but think about this; the less prepared your body is to move via an adequate warm-up the less effective your workout will be.
